Our sales people, have over 86 years of experience with manufactured housing lending. This experience allows him to discuss all of the finance options with our customers, as well as helping them choose the finance option that is best suited for their needs. Reese Homes, Inc. is affiliated with more then 10 lending institutions which specialize in lending to the manufactured house buyer. These lenders offer installment loan financing for the home only, as well as land/home financing packages which allow the customer to finance the purchase of their home, land, and all land improvements (i.e. basement, well, septic, garage, ect.) into one loan. Financing on used homes is also available. By using the finance sources that Reese Homes, Inc. is affiliated with, our customers can avoid the hassle of trying to obtain their own financing.

Our sales people will also assist our customers in protecting their investment with proper insurance coverage. The insurance programs available include:

• Family Protection Coverage which is designated to pay off the home in the event of the customers death. Coverage on the spouse is also available.
• Accident and Health coverage which is designed to assist the customer with the home payment in the event that the customer is off work due to health or accident related problems.
• Extended Service Coverage which will cover structural components and appliances after the manufactures and suppliers warranties run out. This coverage is currently limited to five years from the date of purchase of the home.
• Homeowners insurance designed to cover the home, contents, and adjacent structures against loss due to fire, earthquake, high winds, , and other natural disasters. Flood coverage is also provided on the home only.
